You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PhantomCore, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another party or applicable law, including UAE law.

9. Termination

PhantomCore may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
